About this role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND or additional needsAssist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentMonitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachersSupport pupils’ social and emotional developmentWhat We’re Looking For
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)Understanding of SEND and strategies to support learningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, empathetic, and flexible approachRelevant qualifications NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and LearningGCSE or equivalent in Maths and English are essential What We Offer
