This post is a job-share and there is flexibility with the days either at the beginning or the end of the week. This post is suitable for an ECT.

Proven ability to work effectively alongside others to have a significant impact on pupil’s attainmentProven highly effective Year 1/Year 2 classroom practiceStrong knowledge of phonics and early reading and writing. Supports the ethos from the new writing framework.Proven ICT skills and Interactive Whiteboard teachingClear understanding of assessing pupil’s progressComprehensive understanding of the needs of pupils with SEND needs within the mainstream classroomExcellent communication skills with children, parents and colleaguesAbility to build effective relationships with adults and childrenWork as part of an effective team with humour and dedicationGood organisation skillsUses their initiative
