Wood End Park Academy is home to over 900 children, including a 60-place nursery. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London. The SEND Unit will have three classes and we are looking for a suitable class teacher for each one.
The ideal candidate will be caring and enthusiastic. Someone who is keen to make a difference to young children as they set out on their educational journey working within a well-established team. The successful candidate will join a dedicated and established team of practitioners. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our eight academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high-quality training. Two of the academies have a Specialist Resource Base already.
You will need to demonstrate:
a passion for teaching and learning

good knowledge of the National Curriculum requirements

experience of supporting young people
