About this role

We are looking for adults with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate young people. Candidates must have the enthusiasm and flexibility to work with students aged 11-16 years with a range of individual needs including those with challenging behaviour. An excellent standard of English (both written and oral) is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team.

We would welcome applications from graduates, particularly those with a sports degree, taking a ’gap’ year or those considering teaching as a career.
