We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team, combining educational and therapeutic approaches to support children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career in mental health or education while making a meaningful impact on the lives of pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusion, committed to achieving excellent outcomes, and confident in supporting pupils to access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and thrive within a nurturing and supportive school environment.
