In this role you will be working to build organisation design capability to support operating model change, identify people and organisational impacts and define project outcomes. You will be leading work to :
Diagnose the people and organisation implications of the change, paying careful attention to commercial, legal and financial risk Design effective options to senior stakeholders and business leads across all components of the operating model Develop ways of working and organisational improvement Deliver change, working collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation.
The team uses excellent practice, theory and research to support individual, team, departmental and whole system organisation improvements, using the disciplines of continuous improvement, organisational design, organisational development and behaviour change.
About You
You’ll have experience in the diagnosis, design and delivery of organisational change, whether that’s through restructuring, or creating interventions to help organisations work more effectively. You’ll be able to build great relationships and work collaboratively to get the best results from happy stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient with Microsoft, you’re able to translate ideas into tangible options and can build business cases for change, before leading the change through to conclusion. You’re also able to build a culture of continuous improvement and are familiar with various organisation design methods and models, including Agile ways of working and holistic operating model development. Analytical skills are also important for data led decision making, with a people focused angle.
You’ll be able to see the bigger picture and think creatively to understand issues and options to resolve them, utilising your broader knowledge and experience from extensive research and contacts.
