Main responsibilities
Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systemsImplement secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutionsProvide technical leadership and architectural direction across multiple teamsAct as an internal escalation point for complex infrastructure issuesPlan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscapeLead and participate in infrastructure, systems, and application projectsMigrate systems from on‑premise to co‑location and cloud environmentsMentor less senior staffManage vendors for hardware, software, and service troubleshootingHelp define and execute enterprise-wide infrastructure strategyDevelop solutions supporting international expansion
RequirementsTechnical Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, servers, and storageStrong experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless infrastructure (physical & virtual)Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenterExperience administering Okta SSO / MFAExtensive experience with Microsoft Server OS and Active DirectoryCloud experience with AWS and Azure (cloud-first approach)Disaster recovery and business continuity design experienceMicrosoft collaboration stack: O365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDriveStrong scripting skillsPatch deployment experienceNetwork and systems monitoring experience (plus)Splunk experience (plus)ITIL experience (plus)Linux experience (plus)Cisco Meraki experience (plusEducation & Certifications Minimum AA degree in Information Systems or equivalent experienceCisco certification (plus)O365 certifications (plus)AWS certifications (plus)Windows certifications (plus)
