If these values resonate with you, we would love to welcome you to our team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER BASED IN DANANG/HCM TO JOIN US! The ideal candidate is mainly in charge of building and maintaining C#/Python software that controls machines and subsystems within complex diagnostic equipment — this is embedded/systems-adjacent software engineering, not pure application backend. Key responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C#/ Python software components for machine and subsystem control within complex systems. Be part of a Kanban team delivering high-quality, maintainable software. Review and improve code quality through thorough code reviews and mentoring of other developers. Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex software and system issues. Integrate software with hardware and control systems, ensuring efficient and reliable machine operations. Define and implement best practices in software design, testing, and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software processes, performance, and usability. Software & System Troubleshooting Experience with Software installation, system setup, and configuration Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows- and Linux-based environments. Analyze system performance (throughput, latency, CPU, memory usage). Troubleshoot across software and hardware interfaces (controllers, sensors, stages). Work with logs, telemetry, and monitoring tools to identify root causes.
