You’ll be part of a passionate, diverse team focused on creating value and driving innovation. At JPMorgan Chase, we empower you to grow your career, expand your skills, and make a real impact. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Discover an environment where your ideas help redefine what’s possible in banking. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, business process management, or operational excellence within retail banking • Demonstrated experience designing complex operations and customer journeys using BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools (Signavio or equivalent) • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, technology, risk, controls, compliance, and legal • Demonstrated experience organizing work, prioritizing, managing dependencies, and driving delivery in an agile product delivery environment • Demonstrated experience identifying operational and regulatory risks and embedding preventive and detective controls into process designs • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement using data, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis • Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and/or leading cross-functional workstreams or initiatives • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and operational servicing • Strong analytical capability and structured decision-making Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in financial services • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and interest in emerging technologies
