Key Responsibilities
• Lead compliance audits, reviews, and process assessments. • Identify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses. • Analyze findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations. • Track and validate corrective action plans and remediation efforts. • Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management presentations. • Partner with QA, Operations, HR, and other teams to address compliance concerns. • Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements. • Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and controls.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in Compliance, QA, Audit, Risk Management, or Process Improvement. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience handling audits, investigations, or compliance reviews is an advantage. • QA Associates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
