DCP-System Test Engineer(Global)– Xi’an
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for system integration testing of server power supply products, including system-level black-box and white-box testing. Identify issues from a technical perspective, drive corrective actions to closure, and take ownership of product quality. • Participate in product requirement analysis, early-stage planning, and design reviews. • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test specifications, test plans, and test reports. • Design, build, and optimize test platforms, including the development of automated testing capabilities. • Perform functional, performance, reliability, and stress testing to ensure products meet design specifications and requirements. • Investigate and analyze issues identified during testing, perform root cause analysis, track corrective actions, and drive issue resolution. • Support verification and validation activities during EVT, DVT, certification, and production ramp-up phases. • Continuously improve test methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • Solid foundation in analog and digital circuits, with good understanding of common power electronics circuits and strong hands-on laboratory skills. • Familiar with switching power supply principles and common power topologies such as LLC, Totem-Pole PFC, and PSFB. • Proficient in the use of test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and electronic loads. • Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documentation and prepare test reports. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly responsible, with strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the development or testing of server power supplies, liquid-cooled power systems, rectifier modules, UPS systems, or other switching power products. • Familiarity with data center power systems, AI server power architectures, or related industry standards. • Experience in white-box testing, power supply debugging, and failure analysis. • Experience in test project management, automated test platform development, or strong spoken English communication skills is preferred.
