Reporting to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Minimum Education: BSN preferred. Minimum Experience/Skills: 1+ years ICU experience required License/Certificates/Credentials: Current: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire for new grads only), TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer . For current employees/transfers who have TNCC, TCAR must be obtained by October 1, 2019. PALS for relief charge only. Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter. CCRN preferred. #LI-AJ1
