Exciting Career Opportunity: Execute local and International Audits!
• Execute local and International Audits.
• Schedule and complete all assigned audits to meet operational requirements.
• Perform audit steps with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve questions and validate findings.
• Evaluate and document process effectiveness using accounting/auditing and business knowledge.
• Present written and oral reports to audited areas during and after the audit process.
• Ensure the timely preparation and issuance of high-quality audit reports by reviewing work.
• Identify operational/financial issues not covered in internal policies or manuals and make recommendations through reports to Audit leadership and Senior management.
• Partner with the Lead Field Auditor and Audit Manager in Latin America to complete store operation risk assessments.
• Enhance operations and profitability through effective audit techniques.
• Develop technical knowledge of the company to increase productivity.
• Conduct annual physical inventory observations at designated facilities.
• Participate in special reviews involving all aspects of an audit.
• Investigate unique situations and draw logical conclusions, ensuring they are supported by well-documented workpapers and audit exceptions.
• Provide assistance and perform other related professional audit activities as requested by Audit Leadership
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
• Solid understanding of general accounting and the manufacturing/retail industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and interviewing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Creativity.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to contribute ideas and opinions to the department and respond to team members' views.
• Adherence to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality.
