Colour Sample Coordinator (Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Bodywear as a Color Sample Coordinator based at Ratmalana. Work in collaboration with Merchandisers and cross functional teams to Support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal / external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with sample room planners and align sample development process.
• Participate in development meetings whilst sourcing fabric & other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples/ prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines, requirements and work on new development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data entry for costing /product / BOMs, share information with all relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting to sustain the business.
• Support the Sample process by updating relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manners to facilitate the effective completion of samples.
• Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific developments / project’s requirements.
• Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma, or are in their 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate program in Textile, Apparel or Marketing related field. • Proficiency in using systems such as SAP or PLM is required. • Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate. • Proven expertise Microsoft package especially Excel. • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships across cross-functional teams.
