As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of our organization's data-driven decision-making processes. You will serve as a Power BI Report Developer, collaborating closely with functional and business teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions and critical insights that optimize business performance and guide strategic decisions. Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions for Engineering, R&D, or Product Development organizations is a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, performing complex data analysis using SQL, supporting predictive analytics initiatives, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
In this role, you will impact the optimization of our business strategies, improve efficiency, and ensure we achieve our business objectives through accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and advanced SQL queries to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven reporting and analytics solutions. • Create compelling data visualizations and executive-level reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing, validation, and governance processes. • Support analytics project planning, requirements gathering, and delivery in partnership with business stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of transferable experience. • Proven track record of success in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related roles. • Advanced to expert-level Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization. • Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience developing complex queries and working with large datasets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across teams.
