Position Summary As a Learning Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of training programs for GP Strategies and our clients. You will coordinate and manage all administrative activities related to virtual and instructor-led training events, ensuring a seamless learning experience for participants, instructors, and stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to coordinate scheduling, logistics, communications, and learner administration activities. This is a hybrid, full-time regular position offering the opportunity to support both regional and global learning programs. Key Responsibilities Training Administration & Coordination
• Support annual training schedules and learning program plans.
• Schedule and publish training courses.
• Manage learner enrolments and attendance records.
• Issue joining instructions and training communications to participants.
• Coordinate instructor, facilitator, and guest speaker bookings.
• Arrange training venues, conference canters, and meeting facilities.
• Coordinate virtual learning sessions and related logistics.
Vendor & Logistics Management
• Partner with external vendors and suppliers for:
• Training facilities
• Hotels and accommodations
• Catering services
• Training materials
• Equipment and printing services
• Arrange travel and accommodations for instructors and participants when required.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
• Respond to learner, client, and stakeholder inquiries via email and phone.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure service delivery meets established SLAs and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
Team & Organizational Support
• Participate in business unit initiatives and marketing activities as requested.
• Support knowledge sharing and subject matter expertise activities.
• Promote GP Strategies' values, policies, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, quality, and safety.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, processing, or customer service role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed or virtual teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the Learning & Development or Training industry.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience coordinating virtual and instructor-led learning programs.
• Exposure to global operations and cross-cultural environments.
• Experience working across multiple time zones.
