Job Summary: If you are seeking for an opportunity to grow at Emerson, we have an exciting role for you! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Manage the delivery date for each item on a daily basis • Collect the delivery date from shipyard server to get updated delivery date.
• SAP update regarding updated delivery date.(SAP T-code : VA02/ZVA02_FD)
• Get the newest delivery date by E-mail and the person in charge
• Manage the major delivery management files (such as Order on hand status, TLG Master Project List, Actuator Assembly plan on a daily basis • Get information from OTD (Order Transfer Document) and then enter data into order on hand status.
• Check the quantity of actual amount and class etc,
• Check the finished delivery for each project.
• Manage finished goods being stored on a weekly basis • Check the list of finished goods that customer will not receive even it’s completely finished and passed the promised delivery date.
• Check new delivery date with customer, and convince them to receive it without delay.
• Update the Act & System delivery date on a weekly basis • Compare recent delivery date with previous delivery date and send to the each person in charge.
• Review & investigate the delivery date for the gated order process meeting on a monthly basis • Be prepared for the gated order process meeting.
• Escalate issues of customer’s situation confirmed when gathering the delivery date, in order to reflect to set POR target in proper way
• Input rescheduled data for delivery date into SAP system after meeting.
Who You Are: You are responsible for one important role to gather the information about the customer’s delivery date and reflect all to ERP system (SAP system) and all relevant delivery management files, by working with shipping team’s hourly employees. The input delivery date in the system will be the most basic data for planning for material procurement, production, shipping, and etc. To be successful in this role, we believe you are an action-oriented person to achieve Marine Solutions Business goals through boundaryless collaboration with cross functional teams across globe, and also you are along our cultural transformation journey understanding Environment, Social and Governance as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Educational attainments equal to and higher than those of 2 years collage graduate
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experienced with application, Microsoft excel, word, excess and power point
• Good spoken and written communications in Korean and English
