Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will serve food and drinks in a thoughtful manner ensuring a positive dining experience. You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager.
Part Time | Pay: $ 6.50 Hourly + Tips (3 Month Tip Average + Base Rate = $21.77 Hourly) | Schedule:10:00am-5:00pm Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, 11:30am-6:30pm Friday and Saturday (OFF Monday & Tuesday) | Location: Trophy's McAlester

Primary Tasks:
• You will serve food and drink items and ensure correct temperature. • Answer questions posed by patrons including basic ingredients in food to help identify any possible allergy issues should a guest ask. • Help bus tables to ensure the table is available for the next guest. • Communicate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience. • Promote current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas. • Perform regular closing tasks, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness and end of shift tasks. • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
• ABLE Certification • Can handle cash responsibly. • Calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory. • Can speak, read, and write English. • Teamwork skills are required to support the success and enjoyment of the guest. • Previous Server or Wait staff Experience.
