The Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role blends operational oversight with strong compliance, risk mitigation, and reliability leadership. The manager will perform regional audits, evaluate site-level performance, support corrective action plans, and ensure that all sites maintain compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and federal/state/local regulations.
Reporting Location: Gulfstream - Savannah, GA (must be willing to relocate)
Willingness to travel (50%) is required.

Compliance & Auditing
· Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures across all regional sites.
· Conduct routine and targeted compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to evaluate operational gaps and regulatory alignment.
· Investigate compliance concerns, validated client complaints, and regulatory inquiries; ensure timely resolution and appropriate documentation.
· Maintain accurate compliance documentation, reports, and audit materials across all locations.
· Stay current on regulatory changes and update internal policies as needed.
Operational Oversight
· Oversee day-to-day compliance performance across multiple locations, ensuring consistent operational processes and adherence to company standards.
· Monitor regional performance metrics and KPIs; partner with site leaders to implement corrective actions or process improvements.
· Ensure all locations remain compliant with safety protocols, regulatory expectations, and client contractual obligations.
Leadership & Training
· Partner with, guide, and mentor site managers on compliance best practices, audit readiness, and policy adherence.
· Drive operational performance by promoting a reliability culture within the account.
· Deliver compliance and regulatory training to staff and management; reinforce a culture of accountability and ethical operations.
· Support recruitment, development, and evaluation of site-level staff involved in compliance-related responsibilities.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work with senior leadership to develop regional compliance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Collaborate with HR, Safety, Operations, and client contacts to resolve escalated issues and ensure a unified compliance approach.
· Prepare and deliver compliance and audit reports, including key trends and recommendations, to leadership and clients.
· Focuses on 6s strategies to ensure compliance is met and exceeded.
Education
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, compliance, auditing, or a related multi-site leadership function.
· Demonstrated experience conducting audits, managing compliance programs, or overseeing regulatory adherence.
· Certified Reliability Leader
· Certified Manager of Quality
· Black Belt (Six Sigma)
· FMP & SFP certification (IFMA)

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
· High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

· Proficiency with MS Office and compliance/operational management software.
