Position: Senior Financial Analyst Main responsibilities: • Key User & Tool Implementation: Lead iShift, TM1, SAP implementations; configure business rules; support user adoption and GPE initiatives • Governance & Process Ownership: Support implementation of spend, posting, and MJE governance frameworks across Americas through strategic projects and initiatives; ensure alignment with Core Model standards • Change Management: Lead CM for process transformations; manage stakeholder engagement and training • Complex Controls: Support PO accruals governance, non-PO categories, TIMI/ICO definitions, and reclassification rules • Reporting & Insights: Own TM1 integration, spend dashboards, and business analytics • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Controllers, A2R, Tax, IT; influence decisions; mentor team members Experience: • 4-6 years in finance controlling or process excellence roles, proven experience as Key User leading tool implementations (SAP, TM1, iShift),
