Job Description: Real Time 24x7 days flight & road real time monitoring and management, activate contingency plans, effective & timely response trace & network requests, reporting and timely updates of service incidents with root cause, record for data analyse at timely and activate back up plans. • Monitor network flight and shipment movements to ensure operational compliance and service performance. • Proactively identify service disruptions and activate contingency plans to minimize transit time impact. • Investigate, track, and resolve shipment exceptions, service incidents, and network irregularities. • Coordinate with airlines, gateways, hubs, and service providers regarding inbound and outbound operations. • Provide timely updates and communicate operational incidents to relevant stakeholders across the DHL network. • Monitor shipment, ULD, and movement data accuracy while ensuring compliance with network standards. • Create and manage shipment traces, following through until resolution. • Support customer service teams by providing shipment status updates and resolving operational enquiries. • Monitor key account and project shipments to ensure service commitments are met. • Prepare accurate operational, performance, and incident reports and recommend improvement opportunities. • Utilize network systems such as AQCC, AQCC e-Case, VISTA, OURS, OCNT, and ECIS to manage operational activities and exception handling.
Qualifications:
• Prefer at least 1 year experience within airline, transportation or logistics industry. • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/ Logistics / Cargo Management preferred) • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) • Strong Communication skills (English) in speaking, listening, reading and writing • Willing to work in shift 24*7, along with multi-tasks, pressure and changes management • Analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, organizing skills • Leadership, effective listen – convince, interpersonal skills, Can Do spirit and Positive thinking • Enthusiastic, dynamic drive, detail and result, energetic and principle • Fast learner on applications and reporting tools
