Demonstrate effective communication with children and adults Work as part of a team Have initiative and the desire to take ownership of tasks Support the learning of small groups of children or work 1:1 Undertake training as necessary and deliver phonics and early reading to small groups and ‘keep up’ sessions with individual children. Work with children who have a range of SEND
