Job Description: The Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager is a pharmacist who oversees and coordinates the activities of the Ambulatory Pharmacy department including: the outpatient pharmacy, primary care pharmacists (PCMH) and discharge pharmacy services. The Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager focuses on the financial budget and outcome of the department. The Manager focuses on coordinating new and existing initiatives between services within the department, as well as with external departments such as MMG, nursing, care coordination, and other UPH sites. Also, the Manager ensures all aspects of the pharmacy, including staff are practicing in compliance with all State and Federal Laws.

Education: • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Experience: • 4+ years in retail/discharge pharmacy setting

Certification/License: • Wisconsin Pharmacy licensure
