Position Overview As a Beau’s Bar Bartender, you will craft high-quality cocktails while engaging with Yellow Rose customers in Beau’s Bar and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will create memorable guest experiences by connecting with guests and showing off your passions with mixology! Your Responsibilities
• You are customer driven. • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards. • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment. • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. • Manage inventory and restock supplies. • Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store. • Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts. • Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service. Qualifications/Skills:
• Accomplished mixologist • High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of bartending experience • Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly approachable demeanor • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures • Must have a flexible schedule • Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. for restocking and receiving shipments • Problem-solving skills • Interpersonal relationship skills • Attention to detail • Organizational skills • Customer service skills • Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries and laws • Calm under pressure • Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations • Ability to deescalate tense interactions • Judgment and creativity • Facility with math • Enthusiasm and lots of energy
