Marne Rd Express - Shift Manager
Job Description: Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY-SUNDAY 0400-2200 INCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
Job Qualifications: One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Major Duties: Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Challenges: Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
