Job Description - Overview: Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a candidate who displays a professional demeanor, enjoys a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through email. This is a full time, hourly position located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Functions: • Provide quality support while corresponding with customers through various channels, such as phone and email • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and promptly respond to customer inquires • Document an accurate narrative for customer interactions, comments, and complaints
