Job Description: EMR/Fire Technician – Manufacturing | GardaWorld Security Services GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring an EMR/Fire Technician to support emergency response and fire safety operations at a manufacturing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide emergency medical response, fire prevention, life-safety inspections, and emergency preparedness support for the facility. You will respond to fire, medical, and hazardous materials incidents, coordinate with local fire and EMS departments, and help ensure that emergency response procedures and fire protection systems are properly maintained. This position requires strong judgment, self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations. • Respond to fire, medical, hazardous materials, and other emergency incidents • Serve as Incident Commander during emergency situations when assigned • Act as a liaison with corporate leadership and local fire and EMS departments • Respond to water-flow alarms, smoke alarms, fire alarms, and other emergency notifications • Respond to battery thermal events, HazMat spills, and basic machine-entanglement incidents • Follow site-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and emergency operations procedures • Participate in after-action reviews following fire, medical, HazMat, and other emergency incidents Fire & Life Safety Duties:

• Conduct inspections and testing of fire protection equipment • Conduct fire safety inspections and life-safety system monitoring • Maintain documentation for inspections and testing in accordance with applicable local fire codes, NFPA requirements, and insurance company requirements • Monitor the site-specific Active Alert System for emergency and non-emergency notifications • Maintain emergency response equipment and supplies • Assist with management of the facility’s hot work program • Support fire alarm and fire protection system impairment procedures in accordance with FM Global requirements Training & Emergency Preparedness:

• Train personnel on response procedures for fires, water-flow alarms, and smoke alarm investigations • Train personnel on battery thermal event and spill response procedures • Train personnel on HazMat spill response • Train personnel on basic machine-entanglement response procedures • Support active-attacker preparedness and response training in coordination with security • Conduct and assist with Emergency Action Plan and emergency operations training • Assist with annual severe weather and fire drills • Participate in Fire & Emergency Services projects and initiatives as assigned • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • EMR certification or higher preferred • Must obtain at least EMR-level training and maintain required certification • Previous fire training or emergency response experience preferred • Willingness to train as an Incipient Stage Fire Responder • Willingness to train as a HazMat Awareness Responder • Strong self-discipline and ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Must be able to successfully complete an extensive screening process
