Principal SAP PP/QM Consultant, Gilead
Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards ⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis ⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team ⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity ⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards ⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience: • SAP experience with a focus on PP and QM modules. • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. • Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements. • Experience in process and discrete manufacturing, batch management, quality inspections, and deviation management. • Experience in Support Projects with AMS (Application Management Service) ServiceNow and Change Management. • Experience with SAP Fiori apps and modern UI/UX in S/4HANA. •Experience with SAP PP/QM workstream in S/4HANA transformation projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to production planning, shop floor execution, and quality management. • Review and validate functional and technical solution designs, ensuring alignment with industry’s best practices and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, EMA). • Recommend optimized, scalable SAP solutions that support GMP-compliant manufacturing and quality processes. • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, PM, SD) and third-party systems (e.g., LIMS, MES). • Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and audit readiness.
Preferred Skill and Experience: • Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Additional Details: Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000 In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
