The Opportunity:
CACI is currently recruiting an Operations Analyst to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support an Army Acquisition Product Office. Responsible for support of program business and functional operations.
Responsibilities: • Provided administrative support to 0-5 Product Manager and Deputy Product Manager, to include: developing and maintaining organization rosters, coordinating organizational events, developing and providing general program office support. • Prepared and processed (coordination and gathering of requests) travel authorizations and vouchers within the Defense Travel System, ensuring arrangements were in compliance with the Joint Travel Federal Regulations, and ensured travelers receive reimbursement in a timely manner. • Prepared official correspondence, within the Army Regulation 25-50 to include development of program management briefings and other program documentation, including staffing and tracking of staffing items for signature. • Managed PdM and DdM’s calendars, ensuring meetings, briefings, and key events were properly coordinated and organized with all appropriate stakeholders. • Lead weekly PdM/DdM calendar review ensure the PdM/DdM calendars are synced and cover any upcoming events. • Manage and track all NIPR/SIPR taskers in ETMS2 to ensure responses are submitted by the suspense date.
Required Experience: Qualifications:: • Must possess an Active/Current Secret level Security Clearance • Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages, to include MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel). • Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations. • Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication. • Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities. • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience. • Highly motivated self-starter
