WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
Provide customer support via inbound chats
Call back customers as needed
Respond to basic and routine account inquiries
Assist users on the clients products, accounts and services
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
Interacting with customers utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months customer service
30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Ability to pass required assessments and background check
Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

The base salary wage for this position is $15.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
