eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, specializes in national biometric screenings and we have exciting opportunities for Mobile Phlebotomists and Health Screeners.

About the role: These positions are as-needed opportunities and offer flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. We send you out to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for the employees of the companies.

What would make you successful in this role? Strong customer service skills, previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience, ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff, tech savvy and excellent communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform and record biometric testing results including, but not limited to height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, and BMI (Body Mass Index) Blood testing including fingerstick and / or venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced environment Preparation of specimens for storage or additional processing Set up and break down portable blood draw / biometric station(s) May need to transport supplies to and from health screening events (lifting up to 20 lbs.) Maintains the logs and records for all Laboratory transactions and information in accordance with department and regulatory requirements Must have morning availability (Monday-Friday) for event-based employment May require other duties as assigned

Certificates/Security Clearances/Other: Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR one of the following: Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: What You’ll Bring

Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services At least three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an occupational health clinic, emergency room, or other ambulatory care clinic Experience in strategies to promote and maintain healthy, safe, and productive workplaces, including: partners to identify/mitigate workplace hazards, health screenings/education, fitness for duty, and return to work exams
