Responsibilities:

Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success Able to manage approximately 80+ accounts within various countries Able to actively reach out to the clients and guide best practice of our software Develop relationship with existing accounts in the region Find creative ways to upsell to client, generate referrals Attend weekly / monthly meetings and report regularly Record clients’ interactions via CRM

Qualifications:

SaaS background but any IT experience would be great Preferably have 1 to 3 years account management/sales experience.
