Job summary HCRG Care Group are seeking two enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinators to join our friendly and welcoming Recruitment Team. Youll be a key player in our growing Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders. What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, keeping them updated on key recruitment activity Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems Issuing contracts of employment, whilst understanding our comprehensive terms and conditions Organising interviews by calling candidates directly for availability and delivering a high level of customer service throughout their onboarding process with us Carrying out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and occupational healthFor a full list of role responsibilities please refer to the attached My Role Pack.
About you:
You will be confident speaking on the phone, be pro-active and have experience completing administration tasks, along with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities.
You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business.
Essential criteria:
Communication: Clear interaction with candidates and stakeholders. Organisation: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and postings. Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with candidates and teams. Time Management: Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and Office software.Desirable criteria:
HR and/or previous onboarding / recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as this role is an opportunity to gain skills and experience in this field of work.
