Telesales Consultant Job Purpose This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader. The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Telesales. Sell the Discovery Products via inbound and outbound calls. Manage and convert various lead types that are generated by the business. Respond to new leads regarding product enquiries with the intent of possible conversion into a sale. Key purpose To achieve targets that will grow Discovery Gap. Build the brand and ensure that clients engage our range of products and benefits and experience our shared value offering and get client to be healthier.
