Provide administrative and organizational support for the office and reception area. Arrange business trips for employees in cooperation with an international travel agency. Coordinate taxi transportation for SSC visitors. Process and distribute incoming mail and emails. Welcome visitors and ensure they have a positive experience during their stay. Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts. Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through various coordination tasks. What are we looking for? Excellent communication skills in Czech and English , both written and spoken, as English is our internal company language. Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week. Strong organizational and communication skills , with the ability to handle both standard and ad hoc requests. A proactive, solution-oriented approach and confidence in making decisions.
