Professionally greet members and guestsScan membership ID’s upon members entranceAnswer phones professionallyRespond to member questions, concerns and discrepanciesUpdate members’ accounts if neededMaintain an orderly and clean work areaAbility to work opening/closing/mid-day shiftsAbility to tour membersProvide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guestsAid other departments with other related tasksPay Transparency: $17.87 per hour
Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience preffered High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experienceReliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendlyPreferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sportsMust be friendly, vibrant, and outgoingMust be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phoneESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
