Define product and service requirements based on customer input and related Dynamic Suspension Solutions Railway applicationsTechnical training to customers and internal stakeholdersTechnical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issuesClarification of technical questions and recommendation for improvementsEnsure proper documentation about product performance (data collection and analysis)Support Innovation by providing market/customer feedback and customer needsLead and support customer specific projects in close collaboration with all stakeholdersApplies product engineering tools incl. specific requirements and provide input for improvementsClose collaboration with other Business Areas and Central Functions within the organization Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in a technical disciplineWorking experience in R&D, applications engineering and/or sales engineering Experience in leading a project teamPreferable experience in Air Spring applications Applications from severely disabled people are welcome.
