You will work directly with our account managers to execute campaigns, track brand presence, and deliver the clear data our clients need to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant, you will take ownership of essential daily marketing operations. Your exact duties will include:
• Media Clippings: Track, compile, and organize media mentions to keep our clients informed of their public presence.
• Social Media Monitoring: Monitor client social media channels, tracking engagement, identifying trends, and flagging important interactions for the team.
• Analytic Reports: Build clear, concrete analytic reports that measure campaign performance, social media and email reporting and highlight areas for growth through thoughtful analysis.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform our innovative strategies.
• Graphic Design: Execute basic graphic design tasks, including sourcing high-quality images and resizing assets for various digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Assist the team in drafting and formatting basic content for social media, newsletters, and client communications.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must bring a mix of creativity and analytical thinking. We expect you to have:
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in basic graphic design and image editing software (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience using social media monitoring and analytics tools to pull concrete data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly organized approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
• A proven track record of supporting team goals and delivering work that meets client standards.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and apply innovative marketing techniques.
