The Opportunity:
A unique opportunity exists to support events and community activities for Hope 103.2. This role assists with handing out merch, event setup and pack-down and providing a welcoming and positive experience for listeners and the wider community. We are looking for a friendly person, who is a good communicator, has manual handling capabilities and is able to connect with a wide range of people.

The role involves:
• Assisting with the setup and pack-down of internal and external events
• Supporting event operations by interacting and engaging with listeners/supporters
• Handling event materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
• Following workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures
• Driving the Hope promotional vehicle to/from events
• Promotional stock handling
• Variable days and hours on an occasional basis
The successful applicant will have:
• A genuine passion for the purpose of the organisation
• Demonstration of Hope’s values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All In
• Valid Drivers Licence and car to travel to/from the station and events as required
• Manual handling ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to help as needed
• Promotions, events or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
