We are hiring an M&E Services Co-ordinator to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities as M&E Services Coordinator will include :

• Positively and actively drive towards an embedded HS&E culture taking an approach that creates a continually progressive culture driving our number one core value for Safety.

• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and carry out their duties in the best interests of the company, to promote Clancy company core values

• Carry out all work as per the requirements of the Clancy integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

• Liaise with Contracts Manager regarding programming and resourcing requirements

• Liaise with Site Manager regarding sub-contractors’ programmes and co-ordination

• Liaise with Quantity Surveyor on cost issues and design options

• Liaise with utility providers and Local Authorities for as per project requirements

• Develop design proposals at sketch, detail design and production stages

• Check and report on specifications and design drawings

• Ensure that appropriate service/design decisions are met

• Plan and manage drawings and other documentation of design, installation and as constructed work

• Programme and facilitate the flow of information between the Design Team and the services sub-Contractors

• Attend meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keep them informed of progress

• Organise and chair coordinate meetings for services sub- contractors

• Inspect, assess, commission and verify mechanical systems /elect

• Demonstrate systems to client in accordance with design parameters

• Reviewing and monitoring M&E-related onsite labour force.

• Monitoring the work and quality of M&E subcontractors.

• Assisting the contract manager with the M&E programme.

• Generate and maintain progress status reports and report on the Master Construction Programme

• Coordinate and ensure timely submittal of the mechanical and electrical components of the O&M File.

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience with a Building Services Contractor / Consultant company.

Knowledge:

• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical sprinkler, and process systems.

• Knowledge of construction project management.

• Knowledge of O&M/BCAR requirements.

• Strong communication skills. You will possess the ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders.

• English proficiency is required – written and spoken.

Education:

• Third level qualification in Engineering / Building Services, or equivalent.

Technical Abilities:

• Good working knowledge of IT Systems (MS Office, MS Teams, Project Management Software, Procore).

• Technical ability in preparing and assessing drawings, specifications, O&M and technical documentation.

• Inspection, assessment, commissioning and verification of mechanical systems /electrical systems on site.
