About this role
CCBill is an online payment services provider used by more than 30,000 websites globally that supports the needs of both new and established businesses in the e-commerce and online space. Typical projects on the CCBill side include integration with new processors, improving reporting, and enhancement of systems that can handle high-volume transactions with high availability over 3 satellites in Phoenix, Ashburn and the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing and new products and features.
This position is responsible for analysing client, affiliate, and customer activities to detect any patterns that might indicate fraudulent activity. Through careful analysis and strategic involvement, the ideal fraud analyst will identify trends in fraud to prevent fraudulent transactions and the resulting chargebacks. This position is responsible for reviewing both long- and short-term data trends to provide in-depth fraud analyses and develop solutions in order to resolve those issues. This position handles highly detailed and advanced fraud issues and sales analysis for client accounts.

Key Job Requirements:
• Identify trends in fraud to prevent fraudulent transactions and the resulting chargebacks.
• Responsible for reviewing both long- and short-term data trends to provide in-depth fraud analyses and develop solutions in order to resolve those issues.
• Monitor transaction information for fraud trends.
• Extract regular data reports
• Communicate with clients via email and phone
• Schedule follow-ups and track progress of clients that have been previously reviewed for high-risk levels
• New Merchant Accepted Region Alteration
• Investigate complaints received in regard to client operations
• Handling of Fraud Notifications
• Review and coordinate workload of temporary Anti-Fraud Agents
• Keep informed of company and departmental policies
• Other work as assigned by the Risk Manager and/or Senior Risk Analysts
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent education.
• Ability to be inquisitive in seeking out and understanding risk in the company’s systems.
• Ability to be self-motivated and exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issue appropriately.
• General knowledge of basic internet technologies.
• Intermediate proficiencies with current web browsers, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to retain and reapply information learned during day to day interactions with supervisors and Management
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
