Responsibilities:
Must have a experience in Generator Parts and Service to be considered for this position.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers.Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for service orders and deliver to site.Process customer orders and provide accurate price estimates.Assist in generating sales by promoting services and parts to customers.Address customer inquiries and provide timely and efficient support.Collaborate with service technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using web-based programs. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient coordination of operations.
