THE ROLE You make sure the money moves and the numbers add up. Every card the digital bank issues, every payment it processes, every dispute and chargeback runs through the operation you lead, and one mistake here is one a customer feels immediately. In a bank built for everyday money, you own the machinery that must work every single time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee card operations end to end, from issuance and lifecycle management to customer request fulfilment Run payment operations, including transaction processing, exception handling, reconciliation, disputes, chargebacks and payment recovery Lead the card and payment operations analysts to SLAs, procedures and quality standards, and review the escalated high risk, fraud related and customer impacting cases yourself Hold the operation to Visa and Mastercard scheme rules, payment network require...
