About the RoleThe company is hiring a Recruiter to own talent acquisition across the company. This is a foundational role at a company growing fast — the Recruiter will build and run the systems that bring great people in and set them up to succeed.
The Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting across every function, and support a handful of core people operations tasks as the company scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to do real work, not manage a team that does it.
What the Recruiter Will DoRecruitingOwn full-cycle recruiting across all functions — clinical, operations, business development, technology, and everything in betweenPartner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close strong candidates quicklyManage the company's ATS and keep hiring data clean, accurate, and usefulCoordinate external search partners for senior or specialized searches when neededRepresent the company's brand and values at every touchpoint of the candidate experience People OperationsManage the company's PEO, including onboarding new hires, so everyone starts strongOwn day-to-day HR processes: PTO, leaves, employee relations, policy questions, and complianceMaintain accurate records in the company's HRIS and ensure the company is running clean processes as they scale What the Company is Looking For5+ years in recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup, with some exposure to people operations or HR generalist workThe candidate has done it all: sourced candidates, closed offers, run onboarding, and handled the occasional HR questionStrong executor — they don't wait to be told what to do, and they follow throughOrganized and detail-oriented without being slow; they can manage competing priorities without dropping thingsClear, direct communicator who earns trust with candidates, employees, and leaders alikeSomeone who wants to grow — this role will expand as the company does, and the company wants someone who's excited about that Compensation & Location$140,000 – $160,000 plus bonus and equityHybrid in NYC
