Account specific roles and responsibilities: Daily Operations Plan daily workflow and assignments. Monitor productivity and 40-chart target. Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload.
Quality Management Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness. Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.
Coaching & Development Conduct coaching and performance reviews. Create improvement plans and apply feedback.
Reporting Prepare weekly production and issue reports. Provide leadership updates.
Training & Support Train and onboard new scribes. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.
ScribingConverting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience Requirements
Must be a graduate of any medical courseWith at least 1 year Team Lead / Supervisory / SME experience under a healthcare accountMust have 2 years of Medical Scribes / Transcriptionist ExperienceWith experience in ECWAveraging 50-60 WPMExcellent verbal and written English skillsAmenable working night shiftBenefits
