About your role

Lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients Deliver high quality deliverables, while working on complex projects, towards tight deadlinesEngage stakeholders across multiple teams / organisations for technology delivery and business changeTake ownership and solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issuesBe a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focusAssist programme leadership in managing risks / issues and in managing the deliveryMentor and direct efforts within the project delivery teamContribute to firm development and practice development initiative, e.g. innovation and learningSupport leadership team on bids and pursuitsRequirements

Experience within the Utilities industry in UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy Experience of working on functional domains relevant to Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution and B2C & B2B segments.Prefer experience on Data Migration on SaaS Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skillsHave experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirementsHave excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Have knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working Have experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycleOur ideal candidate will be:

· Having good awareness of the trends within the Utilities industry and associated technology trends

Having outstanding verbal and written communication skills and adept at engaging client stakeholdersA team player, able to lead workshops and work in a matrix team structure· Proactive and a go-getter, who will assist leadership with firm and practice initiatives and business development
