The Role
We are seeking an Associate Partner to drive large-scale Retail Transformation Programmes within the Consumer Goods & Grocery sector.
This role combines strategic leadership, programme delivery excellence, and executive stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4-driven transformation across complex, multi-country retail environments.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end transformation programmes, manage multi-workstream delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and steering committees.

Lead large-scale retail transformation programmes (business + IT)Own delivery across multi-workstream programmes (Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Store Operations, Digital)Define and drive programme roadmap, governance, and delivery strategyEnsure alignment across business transformation and technology enablement (SAP S/4) Lead SAP S/4-enabled transformation programmesGuide programme architecture, deployment models, and rollout strategiesAct as a primary interface to Executive Board and Steering CommitteesInfluence senior stakeholders across:Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent workstreamsManage dependencies, risks, and interlocks Ensure programme executionDesign and enforce programme governance frameworksProvide transparent reporting to steering forumsBring deep grocery / retail industry expertise to transformation programmes Build trusted client relationships at senior levelsSupport growth of Retail & Consumer Goods consulting practiceIdentify opportunities to scale transformation programmes and expand scope
Experience Required
15+ years of consulting and/or industry experienceSenior consulting leader (Associate Partner / Executive Director level)Industry expertise (Retail/Grocery)Program leadershipTechnology transformation (SAP S/4)Proven ability to operate in high-stakes, board-level environmentsPrevious experience of contributing to proposals and RFP responses and client pursuits in large global accountsBenefits
