About this role
Position Overview The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal support to the Group's operations across Greece, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions where the Group operates, advising senior management and business stakeholders on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, with particular emphasis on corporate governance, corporate affairs, and legal support for Finance and HR operations across the Group's subsidiaries and affiliated entities worldwide.
