LOCATION: Londonderry
SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week – afternoon or evening shifts
PAY RATE: £14.42 per hour
ABM UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor to lead and manage site operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site teams to ensure effective and efficient service deliveryMaintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing health and safety proceduresCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operationsConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standardsManage scheduling, HR, and payroll tasks related to the site teamRespond proactively to any incidents or emergencies on siteProvide training and mentoring to junior site supervisors and team membersRequirements
Candidate requirements:
Previous supervisory experience within security, cleaning, or facilities management preferredExcellent leadership and people management skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence would be advantageousGood understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance standardsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsProfessional appearance and confident demeanor
