Do You Want to Help Develop the Construction Equipment of the Future? Are you a recent engineering graduate or at the beginning of your career, looking to work with the latest technologies in powertrains, electrification, and heavy vehicles? We are now looking for an enthusiastic Test Engineer who wants to help test, verify, and develop the next generation of construction equipment propulsion systems. About the Role As a Test Engineer, you will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of tests related to powertrain and electrified systems. You will work both in test cells environment and test objects in workshop. We offer a learning-focused environment where you can develop your technical expertise and grow professionally alongside highly skilled colleagues. Key Responsibilities You will be involved in: Conducting tests on diesel, hybrid, and electric powertrains Performing functional testing of transmissions, axles, electric motors, and battery systems Collecting and analyzing measurement data Documenting and reporting test results Troubleshooting and problem-solving together with development teams Supporting the development of test methods and test specifications Verifying product functionality and system performance Collaborating with design engineers, system engineers, and test specialists, you will work in teams with test technicians and workshop mechanics.
Who We Are Looking For You have: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Recently graduated or have a few years of professional experience A strong interest in technology and a desire to develop within testing and verification Strong analytical skills and enjoy solving technical challenges Good communication skills in both Swedish and English A structured and detail-oriented way of working Be open for some hands-on mechanical work.
Preferred Qualifications It is considered an advantage if you have experience from: Internships, thesis projects, or summer jobs within the automotive or industrial sectors Measurement technology, sensors, or data acquisition systems CAN communication and data logging Electrification, battery systems, or power electronics Some experience in analysis tools
